I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, WHAT DO I DO?
First click the Enter button in the header, then click “Forgot Password”. You will be sent an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY USERNAME?
Please use your web browser and go to Settings under Account and enter your desired username in the text box. If that desired username is available, just click out and it’ll automatically save.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY STRIPE ACCOUNT?
As a seller, you can change your Stripe account address by editing the text box in any of your listings and republishing. It’ll automatically save. As a buyer, you’ll be able to enter your Stripel email address at the purchase prompt.
HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE TO EMAILS?
You can edit your email notification settings by going to Account > Settings and deselecting the emails you no longer wish to receive.
HOW DO I CLOSE MY ACCOUNT?
We’re sorry to see you go. In order to delete your FashionistaGrail account, please email us directly at email@example.com. Please also feel free to let us know the reason for this request in case there are areas of the site we can improve upon.
For security purposes, users with pending transactions cannot close their account until sufficient tracking showing delivery is received and feedback is left.

Your account may have banned for suspicious activity. Please note FashionistaGrail has zero tolerance for inauthentic items, scam attempts, and off-site activity. If you wish to appeal your ban, please contact us with any supporting documentation.
