The FashionistaGrail marketplace is safe thanks to our security team and community self-policing. In the rare case where something does go wrong all transactions conducted through FashionistaGrail are eligible for Stripes dispute resolution process. To be eligible for protection, all sellers must ship to a confirmed address with tracking information.

When a cardholder disputes a payment you’ve processed, you are charged a £15.00 dispute fee (for users in the United Kingdom) by the card network. This amount is withdrawn from your account balance along with disputed amount.

If you submit evidence against the dispute and it is found in your favor, Stripe reimburses you for the dispute fee.

When applicable, Stripes program entitles you to reimbursement for the full purchase price of the item plus the original shipping costs you paid, if any, as long as you provide compelling evidence that supports your claim. Photographic evidence, tracking information, and written statements may be required in order to file your case. In the rare instance that a  claim with compelling evidence is decided unfairly, you are also eligible for FashionistaGrail  Protection. 

FashionistaGrail Protection

FashionistaGrail Protection is an appeals process for your claim. It provides an additional layer of security in the rare case that a claim with compelling evidence is decided unfairly. In order to be eligible for FashionistaGrail Protection, you must have already completed a Stripe claim. Please note that closing a case yourself prior to review by Stripe will render you ineligible for protection through both FashionistaGrail and Stripe. If you believe that Stripe unfairly resolved your claim, send us your  resolution and we will happily review your case.
