FREE FOR BUYERS,
When you see something you like, use the checkout or cart feature (you will have to sign-up or log-in to the site). You will be sent a link to check out using Stripe . After sending your payment through Stripe you will be directed back to FashionistaGrail.
When you click “Pay with Stripe ” there’s a prompt underneath the Stripe login to check out with credit/debit card. You can use that to pay directly by card instead of using a Stripe account.
Please note that purchases made through Stripe guest checkout are not eligible for Purchase Protection. You must create a Stripe account to qualify for Stripe and FashionistaGrail Protection.
Shipping costs are included in all offers from potential buyers. If the item is purchased through the buy it now option, shipping is included in the final sale price. Buyers will not pay additional shipping costs after a sale is completed.
WHO IS IN CHARGE OF PAYING FOR INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES?
International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes depending on the item being shipped and the countries of the sending and receiving parties. Payment for all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer or receiving party at the time of delivery. For an estimate on the import duties you may be subject to as a buyer, please visit https://www.dutycalculator.com for more information.
If you buy something on FashionistaGrail and the description does not accurately describe the item in terms of authenticity, color, condition, fabric, and measurement, please file a Stripe claim on the transaction to facilitate the return.
This error may have occurred as a result of a hold Stripe placed during the processing of this payment. When this hold occurs, the seller must have funds in their balance to cover the FashionistaGrail fees ( 5% commission plus applicable Stripe fees: 2.9% + 30 cents so the total can be around 8%.), or the payment is automatically reversed. In this case, if the seller does not have the required funds in their Stripe balance, they should add them by initiating a transfer from a confirmed bank account. Once the transfer is complete, the buyer should be able to successfully reattempt their purchase.
If you cannot complete your transaction using this solution, then it may be due to either you or the other user having spending limitations based on recent purchases, currency limitations based on location, an open Stripe dispute, or account access limitations based on if your email and address credentials are verified. You may also need to reset your Stripe Security Key if you have one. If the issue persists, please contact Stripe and have the other user do the same to determine the cause. If Stripe is unable to determine the cause for either user, this error may be the result of a temporary issue on Stripe ends which can be resolved by attempting checkout at a later time. Unfortunately, we’re unable to resolve this issue ourselves as this is an error occurring from Stripe side within their checkout system.
If you have reason to believe that a seller or item is fraudulent please use the red “Report This Item” button on the listing page to report it to our Security Team.
If it’s been less than a week, contact the seller again and give him another day or two to respond. If the seller does not respond, we recommend filing a Stripe dispute so that you can get your money back.
I PURCHASED AN INAUTHENTIC ITEM, HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK?
We have a zero tolerance policy for inauthentic items. Please report it immediately. File a dispute/claim against the seller in order to recover your money. You can file a claim on Stripe or call their customer service number for your respective country.
